Welcome Stranger is a soundtrack for an art installation by Jim Nolan. Jimmy, as known to Jeff, asked Jefferson Pilot to come up with some sounds. In making the soundtrack, Jefferson Pilot turned to the slightly more talented Lassie for song contributions. Lassie is a duo with Colin Ocon and Jeff Byrd.
